Since Quality Electric provides service of irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the service is accomplished. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchase of any service. However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the character of the service we supply.

Therefore, refunds must be requested within 30 days with the reason for the request specified. We will notify you of the status of your refund once proper inquiries are made.
